No More Hurt — Supporting Children Through the Challenges of Bullying

With the advancement of technology and the rise of social media, school bullying has become increasingly frequent, complex, and diverse—and it can no longer be taken lightly. Recently, bullying incidents have attracted significant societal attention, encompassing everything from the physical and emotional harm experienced by children to the emotional responses from adults and even tragic consequences. These developments emphasise that bullying is no longer merely a school issue; it is a pressing challenge for society as a whole.

The causes of bullying are highly complex and vary across different interpersonal contexts. However, stable and secure relationships built on trust can assist children in healing from trauma and demonstrating resilience. This workshop is designed to strengthen children’s resilience, ensuring they no longer remain vulnerable to harm. Through guided practice in emotional awareness and co-regulation, nurturing emotional connections, and developing safe, supportive responses, the workshop will equip caregivers and educators with strategies to help children manage social pressure more effectively.

In the journey from hurt to healing, children who receive love, care, and support are more capable of recognising their inner strengths, feeling empowered, and developing the social defences needed to build healthy, respectful relationships.

We warmly invite you to take part in this workshop aimed at helping children cultivate resilience and post-traumatic growth, ultimately equipping them with the tools to face and overcome bullying with strength and confidence.
